Terms and Conditions

Thank you for using the Lawyers Iraq platform and its digital applications. These terms and conditions (referred to as the "Agreement") govern your use of the Lawyers Iraq digital platform and the services provided through it. By accessing or using the platform, whether as an individual or on behalf of an organization or legal entity, you agree to comply with these terms, in addition to any additional guidelines or policies available on the platform, including the privacy policy. If you do not agree to these terms, do not access or use the platform.

The Iraqi Lawyers Platform reserves the right to restrict or terminate your use of the Services if you fail to comply with these Terms. By using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms.

Nature of content

Our Services may include text, data, graphics, images, or other content (collectively, “Content”) created by us or third parties, including service providers, contractors, or marketing partners on the Iraq Lawyers Platform.

Privacy and security policy

The Iraqi Lawyers Platform is committed to protecting the privacy of its users. The platform aims to facilitate access to licensed lawyers for individuals seeking legal support and to spread legal awareness in the community. The platform is not intended to promote or advertise lawyers or service providers.

The user uploads their content to the designated space on the platform. The content is subject to local and international publishing laws. The platform reserves the right to review, classify, or reject any content without giving reasons. All submitted data is considered non-confidential and is available to registered lawyers and service providers on the platform.

Only lawyers' contact information (such as office address, email address, and phone number) is shared, without any endorsement, advertising, or marketing. The platform is not responsible for any consultations, contracts, or statements provided by registered lawyers.

Payment

You can choose to pay in cash at the service provider's office or online through the Iraq Lawyers platform, and any applicable taxes will be included. The platform reserves the right to set, modify, or remove any fees and may offer promotions or discounts that affect the final amount.

Refund Policy

Payments are final and non-refundable unless otherwise stated by the Iraqi Lawyers Platform. Refunds will be made in the same manner as the original payment if:

• The user canceled the consultation or office appointment before the appointment date.

• The service provider canceled or did not show up for the appointment that was paid for.

Compliance

You must comply with these Terms and any policies stated on the Platform, as well as applicable laws and regulations of the Republic of Iraq.

User registration

Registration is not required to visit the platform or request services.

Accuracy, completeness and timeliness of information

The platform is not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or currency of the information available on the site. The information is provided for general purposes only and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for making legal decisions. Any reliance on the materials is at your own risk.

Errors, inaccuracies and omissions

Information on the platform may contain typographical errors or inaccuracies regarding details of legal services, prices, procedures, required documents, or fees. The platform reserves the right to correct any errors, update information, or cancel orders without prior notice.

Edit

The Platform may amend these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Platform constitutes your acceptance of any new or amended Terms that are posted.

Choice of law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Iraq and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Iraq.

Miscellaneous provisions

The Platform may waive these Terms in certain circumstances such as merger, acquisition, sale or by operation of law.
Failure to exercise or enforce any right under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right.
These Terms, together with the End User Agreement and Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Iraqi Lawyers Platform.
